Data we collect

Name, email, mobile number, national ID, CV, professional certificates, and any optional information you provide in the form.

Use of data

We use your data exclusively to process your application, communicate with you, and verify qualifications. We do not share with third parties without your explicit consent.

Retention period

We retain applicant data for 12 months from the application date, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymised unless the applicant requests otherwise.

Security

Sensitive data (e.g. national ID) is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. IP addresses are hashed with a daily-rotating salt.
